Highest Paid Affiliates for FREE Signups--Help

    Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew of any high paying affiliates where all users have to do is fill out some information or sign up with that company.

    Also, do you know any high paying free signup sites that pay with PayPal?

    If you could please help me with this, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
