Hello, My site has 2000unique Visitors and 20 or 30 of them click on Ads and the value is only 0.20$.. can u post some keywords that realy pay to much for clicks ?

They are true. Medicial, credit card, etc are the highest paying keywords. You can get $20 per click with these types of sites. HOWEVER........the competition is so high that you end up getting no where with visitors unless you are a scammer and that's a short lived as well.
In order to make profit in Adsense, you have to consider to most profitable niche not the highest kw. Well, it just like you sell a book A for $100. But since the demand is for book B which is only for $50, so no one will buy your book A. So..I think you've got what I'm trying to tell you right?

Most anything finance and medical related is good, but you can make good money in just about any niche. Just know your targeted keywords and keep creating content.

Try to do some simple research with Google Adwords Keyword Tools .. Don't trust any list you found, since this number are always change ..
