Highest Exchange Rate this Month

Just saw Payment Sent in my adsense account.
Normally the Payment is sent by 26th Maximum but this time its on 1st of next month.
But good news is they gave - Exchange Rate Rs45.560 : $1
$ rate has never crossed 45 before.
