To be honest, I wouldn't waste my time with any of them. Commissions are on the low side and the payment is only a one-off. You can refer people to certain ad networks and earn commission on your referrrals' earnings for life: far better.
For some reason, I can't edit the above post. I was going to say, the Firefox referral option might be suitable for people who are promoting that browser anyway. At least you earn a few cents by referring people to Firefox via your Google Adsense referral link.
The FF w/Google toolbar was my biggest earner so far ($7 total). The Search bar has so far fizzled. I have not made over .50 cents in one day. I think the FF referral worked best when I put the button at the top of my site right below the big leaderboard.
