    From the ones listed so far -> blacklabelads...The rest may be better as CPC, but blacklabel is best for your CPM.

    any other almost as good as blacklabelads for CPM?

    Thats not very bad, if the traffic isn't so good $0.2 CPM is enough, but if you have good quality traffic, affiliates would bring ~$1 CPM..
