I am using Google Adsense but looking for better CPM ads Here are my stats 6,873 Visits 19,245 Page views 2.80 Pages/Visit 60,000 Ad impression for ad of sizes 336x280, 468x60 and 160x600. I am making around 70$ a month from this. So the CPM is slightly higher than 1$. My website content is about cell phone, windows and internet tricks and downloads.
no program give better cpm than adsense, some of my sites get $40 epcm.you have to tweak your adsense placement.

That is for popups. I would prefer to just be paid that Adsense CPM earnings rather than getting paid more for using popups on the site.

i would stay with adsense and work on my ad-placements and blending. also you could add CPM-based layer-ads additionally to adsense. would bring another ~$20 in your case.
First you should write this thread in another section. When you don't get good rate from Adsense it mean your content isn't good enough and you should work on it. It's always depend from quality of traffic. If you look mostly for quantity then look for popunders ad networks.
