Do not accept anything below 20% as it is not worth it.

MarketHealth pays 50% commissions on most of it's products. CashBurners pays 40-50% commissions.

MoreNiche also has some very high commissions to offer, especially on Male Enhancement products.

Check out Overstock, Buy.com, Walmart, ... do the research yourself.

Hit up CJ, Linkshare, and ShareaSale and find the top paying programs.

There are also adult affiliates, if you are intersted, or if you don t like adult go to Clickbank, and try to search on their marketplace for the best products to sell.
Anyway no matter what you were doing, and what affiliate you will promote make a custom landing page for that affiliate, and also , put an autoresponder. this way, you will not redirect the affiliate , to your aff.link, but first you will direct it to your site.
This way you will be able to get leads, for any other affiliate campaigns that you will promote

So you guys think that I should just go the clickbank route?

Is that the easiest thing to do?

Easy??? None of it is easy. No matter what you choose it will take time and effort to promote. Aiming for an affiliate that offers a high commission rate is smart but don't expect it to be easy.

Okay, but my whole thing is that I know very little about affiliate programs. I have a blog about hip hop, and I was thinking about reviewing CD's and then linking the album cover to somewhere that they could buy the album. Is that a good idea/strategy for promoting items?
