    You got that right. The click came through my corporate flight attendants site which deals with business aviation. Today, that niche is so saturated and nobody is paying the big $$$ for clicks as they have wised up!

    Google determines the click trough IP Address and Geo Location. The click Rate depend on keywords and Location . Its depends on the amount of money Advertiser Bid for Ads from that country .

    My highest was around $7 for insurance
