    Server Cleanup time! So have today we have a Tax Return Blog for sale (HigherTaxReturns.net), Blog has unique content that was created for the site and is Word Press CMS based with several good plugins loaded.

    Domain is with Namecheap.com and will push the domain to any namecheap account (free).

    Domain is not new (had the site created about a year ago and has been sitting on our server waiting) but has not had much promotion r anything done to it, no revenue to claim (a few google ad clicks here and there, traffic is currently around 50 to 70 uniques per month with no efforts.
    Site has been indexed by google with about 100 pages listed so far and some back links listed.

    It is a pretty nice starter site that is easy to run for someone to build upon.
