Higher Quality Score On Keywords

    Hi all,

    I wanted to share an insight I saw regarding the quality score of my keywords.

    I noticed that when I changed some keywords that were originally capitalized into all lower caps, the quality score of those keywords increased. For example I had one keywords change from a quality score of 5 to 8.

    can you please provide an example of that you are saying? What changes exactly did you make?

    Are you new to Adwords ?

    Actually when you edit a keyword, in ad-words its deleted and a new keyword is created. The new keyword will get its QS from the landing page initially. the one you saw.

    However, once the ad goes live and runs for couple days, depend on the performence of the ad, the QS will again either decrease or increase.

    That might be a reason why you are seeing an increased QS for just changing the case. we all know google is case in sensitive.

    Yes, spot on.

    Another tip would be to adjust the match type a more specific. Instead of broad match, you should have exact match - it can influence the QS positive as well.

    when you edit keywords and put new one in that case old keywords completed delete and it will take edit keywords as a new keywords that's why this type of problem arise. Second case it will depend upon on your ads work.
