Is that right? Higher PR ... Google crawl more often ? Recently I check many websites google cached time. I found generally: higher PR ... Google crawl more often If that is true then PR show some more values. How about your search results.
I'm not sure, bus as far I remember this is true. I've read about that in this forum, but can't recall now where exactly.
I do know that the more often you change/update your content, then the sooner Google returns. Twelfyt
Higher PR will get your site crawled deeper thats all. As mentioned fresh content has more to do with the intervals than PR
Agree with it, indeed there would be case where google bot would be lazy to go home, hence going deep in.
I guess for a new site, the factor should be the frequency of updates. gogiants, is your site a new site?
Yes, it is one of the factor that affects the crawl intervals The other important factor is the content freshness.
shortly , yes . higher page rank sites will be crawled more often and googlebot will spent more time on this types of sites
Higher PR means --high reputation --Google's webmasters guidelines says it all. Bots will definitely crawl more frequently to reputed sites than unknown entities.
As others have stated, yes (more frequently and deeper). If you haven't seen it, check out Google's definition of pagerank ... PR is much more important than the naysayers believe, but probably far less than the "when is PR going to be updated" thread starters would like to think.
Higer PR sites do get crawled more often, if you update your site every day and you have a reasonable amount of PR you can get recached every day, detail pages in my directory are getting indexed within 48 hours, G is hooked!
I'm not sure about that. I think google PR update every 3 months and PR is base on the quality links that your site has?
pr has little to nothing to do with crawling. I have a new forum which has over 1,000 pages indexed in 15 days.
