    Greetings,
Is there a consensus that you earnings per click will increases with a high click thru rate?

I am trying to figure out if google will provide a better group of ads to a site that has a higher click thru rate?

If it is true, I would get rid of my low performing pages on the site to boost my overall click thru rate. Thus -

    - Increasing the quality of ads to the higher click thru pages
    - Increasing money earned due to having the higher quality ads

    Any thoughts?

No. Higher CTR does not include or boost cost per click. It completely depends on how people are bidding on the keyword at the time.

If your CTR is too low, boosting CTR will benefit CPC. If CTR is too high, CPC will be lower. Google may have a optimal CTR based on statistics.
