Higher CTR For Position on First Page Of Google

    I have just climbed a site to the first page of google on a large search term. It has took over a year to get on my site up onto the first page and I am now trying to climb it. One thing I have noticed is that the CTR has gone up from about 6-7% to between 10-12% which quite suprised me. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this.

    Congrats on the accomplishment..but i dont really see a connection between SERPS and CTR...im sure its becaus eof more traffic as well

    It will be due to more relevant traffic. People with a genuine interest in your search terms will undoubtedly be more susceptible to related adverts.

    Well done on 1st page, now chase number 1!
