Selling High traffic well ranked boat classified site

This site is about a year old but did not start seeing good rankings till last Jan but has seen a very steady rise in traffic since then. Last month webalzier (sorry I did not install GA) showed 7500 visitors. This month the site has seen about 5200 so far and 26k page views. The site has thousdands of mastercraft boats for sale which is a very popular brand of boat.

I just redesigned the site today and put adsense on it so assume no revenues but the site should do ok on adsense. Even at 1% click rate it should still do decent. Last month there were 27 keywords that drove traffic and this month there were over 200 so the site is really starting to get indexed well and starting to see good traffic from it. With 4600 boats listed there are is a lot of content and a whole lot of good keywords to get indexed for so this is a great deal on only $350.
