Good evening all, Do you guys know of any website I can comment on and post my blog link without everyone getting up in arms.... wsj.com got a little peeved when i kept posting my blog link.... thanks Matt
Matt: If you are making a useful contribution, no one would mind giving you a link. Look for dofollow blogs with keyword luv if you want to use keywords in anchor.
marketmpb, I just want to know, who taught you that way of marketing? If you do not add value, then blog owners and even forum owners do not want you there. The more value you add the more likely you would achieve success. That is my theory and it works for me.
I typically would add value to an article, however i would comment on articles that had nothing to do with marketing, aka BP Oil Spill or Obama.... for example, there was an article about the Obama's spending.... I commented that this president was spending too much and his monthly deficit is as much as Bush's yearly defecits and I said if you would like to look at my blog please see... http://marketmpb.blogspot.com i was warned to only comment on articles relevant to marketing, basically and i like to say i am self taught, i dont know how well, but self taught
I am selling a list of auto approved dofollow blog with OBL's less than 100. You can put your link in these blogs with anchor text of KW's. PM me if your interested.
marketmpb, I agree with the blog owner after looking at your site. Contextual relevance when posting on other's blogs are very important for search engines, for their visitors, and for the blog owner, otherwise your posts will be perceived as spam by all of these parties. You should find blogs which are related to your blog, or blog posts which are related to yours on which you are posting. Try using Google Alerts to get alerted of new conversations which are related. Or you should change your blog to be more personal to you, then you can post on most other blogs, and you can cover a wide range of topics.
If you want your blog link to stay you need to write really usefull additional content like in an article directory. Bookmarking sites are not nearly as usefull.
