Hello guys, I have a question that I don't know if anyone can help. The thing is, I have a six old month celebrities wallpaper website, the domain is almost one year old, and I getting 1.000 to 1.500 hits per day, and almost 130.000 pageviews per month. My revenue comes from google, in wich I make a nice x.xx per day, i've got a PR3 and almost 1.300 backlinks, mainly from other social bookmark sites and related websites. And i'm in Alexa's: 379,770 rank. So I thought to myself "Maybe I could sell this site", but I've no idea how much money my site's worth. So, can anyone help me clarify how much is it worth ? people usually value their site at 9-12months revenue.. so if that was the case your site would probably be worth about $300-500
well I don't know why you need to sell your site, its getting quite a good number of visits a day and also getting you some revenue, Try to improve your site a bit and I think it may earn you even more money. I wish you don't sell it and if you want to sell it anyway, then I think it might go for around 400 to 600$ according to my calculation
that's a nice little site you got there... I'd keep it for another 6 months at least, gather about 1500-2000 uv/day (and shall we say high $x.xx daily AdSense revenue), and then sell it for at least 1year revenue. Doing a simple calculation (e.g. ~$8/day*365=~$3000), it's worth the wait
If it doesn't require any work on your end, why bother selling it? Just setup some ad revenue, and before you know it, 12 months will have passed, and you'll be glad you didn't sell out at $300.
