High traffic webmaster/tutorial website, Fully Established, great revenue

Hi, tonight i put forward a fully established tutorial/webmaster site, my website is packed full of unique tutorials which i have wrote, a webmaster forum which i created around 5 days ago (Which has a premium skin), a custom made tutorial system with other 900 tutorials in the database, this feature also comes with an admin backend and has been very successfull in terms of people submitting there tutorials.

My website earns around $200+ per month, $40-$50 per month of the revenue is via google adsense, the other 70% of revenue is through other website owners purchasing advertising, both site-wide text links, standard inner-page links, and also 468x60 banners.

My website has an alexa traffic rank of 220k, it has not yet been above the 100k ranking in both daily and weekly averages since the launch, and it continues to drop. the leading traffic source is US visitors, with the UK coming in at second place. My website is predicted a PR6, i have an agreement with this prediction because of the 250,000+ back-links it has:

thanks for your bid, im looking for a little more, but for a quick sale ill knock it down a notch, first one to offer $1250 and its yours, estibot and all other online website price it up as $5000 just for traffic. I know there not a reliable source, but some of the methods they use to attain this estimate is legit.
