Selling High Traffic Spanish blog for a Speedy Sale...

This Spanish language blog with unique content is never dropped and 3+ years old.
has not been updated since last year as I totally
forgot about it. It was a PR4 and will easily get back
to a PR4 with once or twice weekly posts.

It's traffic ranges between 200 and 300 unique visitors
a day no matter that it wasn't updated for so long.
While it was updated it's traffic was up to 1000 uniques

The earnings are very low, a few clicks a month
at the present. While it was updated it made up
to $50 monthly with Adsense.

The domain is at namecheap.com with
a free push for accounts on namecheap
and 7+ months until renewal.

The bidding should have started @ $50, and my Reserve price was $70
It simply meant that if the bids do not get up to $70 I retain my
right not to sell the blog.

The posts are 588 in total, and I posted 3 new once, changed the theme etc.
so all in all I do not feel to sell the blog under the BIN price.
