    Is this a one time purchase or will you be purchasing sites or will you be purchasing more sites in the future? I have a handful of sites that will be for sale soon which will meet your criteria. Perhaps you can PM an email address and I'll be sure to contact you as soon as the sites I'm working on are getting 1,000 unique visitors per day or more.
