    Hi Everyone,

    I am looking to buy sites that require absolutely 10min or less work per month. These sites should have high traffic (30K+ UVs/month) and NO REVENUE (less than $10/month).

    My budget is high $XX for the site, as I am not paying for any recurring revenue.

    I will need 3+ months proof of traffic.

    lol , you want to xx for 30k visitors ? and who in their right mind wouldn't monetize a site like that. (unless its a non profit org.) in that case they wouldn't be selling it to you.
