Buying High Traffic Site, Very Low Alexa Rank, Budget of $700 Ready to Buy!

If you have a website, with quality HIGH traffic, that is Aged, ranked very well in Alexa and is not another 2 month old crap, I am interested. My budget is $700 dollars and negotiable. I am looking for quality sites, that have been around for some time. Blogs, Directories, Social Bookmarking anything and everything as long as it looks great and has the traffic! Don't list the domain name in here, and if the site was previously listed on Flippa or Digitalpoint, I would like to know when.
