Selling High traffic PTP forum | Makes around $120 | Upkeep $40 | Need to sell it fast no res

I have re-created this thread as I need to sell it within 2 days. I am leaving for a out of state trip and I need to sell it fast. So, forum makes around $120 (adsense, ad space, and stickie thread requests). I made $60 from adsense and remaining from selling ad space and stickie threads. I was not giving it enough time but I still managed to make almost 3 times as I spent.

The forum has high traffic, hundreds of active members and good alexa.

Depends on the price. If site goes below $100 then new owner will pay and if it goes higher I will pay.
