Selling High Traffic - PR1 - Website with Adsense Earning and all Proof - BARGAIN

For sale is a great website that has done me proud for the past year or more.
The site is www.petslobby.com

The traffic is around 250 a day and occasionally spikes to 500.

Gets some good organic traffic and a lot of returning visitors.

There is alot of potential to earn from this website.

I have done well from Adsense but never really developed the site.

I think I have added about 4-5 posts in the last year an traffic has never dropped, so no management is need. Just sit back and earn money.

I dont really want to let this one go, but need some extra cash for a trip next month.

Hi can you tell me where the traffic is coming from? most of it it direct traffic, so how is this marketed?

I think people must have it book marked. It has had very high and consistent direct traffic for a long time. I don't market the site. The traffic has always been a mystery to me.
