While interested, this system is similar to a private but now open source script, that is a bit harder to find now, called 'redutopia'. Please tell me if this is a similar script base on the idea of redutopia or a totally "unique" one.

From what I see, most of the functionality looks quite similar from redutopia taking in effect the following: system name, public gallery, system name that have ' ', permissions, and especially this part (e.g. "at war" banners, themed banners, or general banners for one kd which you just want to rotate).
My apologies if this is a blunt accusation, however, I would like to be clear before bidding.
