High traffic gaming site for sale!

During recent debate, I decided to sell my Video gaming site. My site is located at http://www.mygameforums.net. This site has a pagerank of two, and is developing quickly. If you search for Playstation 3 hacking on yahoo.com and msn.com, it is the first result. Stats are as follows, they are a bit messed up because I transferred hosts a few times recently. I have an IPB license which I may or may not sell with it, it is yearly not owned. Minimum bid $200 without license. Minimum bid with license is $250 The only solid stats I can show as of now are July's, as I transferred after June, and after July in the middle of august. If you want additional stats, I can try my best to get more, but I think these should do. The site is about four months old. I made about $60 a month from revenue pilot. Screenshot of proof is attached. This site has a lot of potential for anyone that is looking to start a general game site. And the revenue pilot earnings are a bonus. Payment will be via Paypal, and auction will end by Aug 22, possibly nearer or sooner at my discretion. Happy bidding!

Yes, I consider the traffic to be decent, considering the site is newer. With pagerank 2, the SEO with Yahoo!/MSN, I think $200 is an excellent price tag on this site. I make $60 a month from RevenuePilot, what else do you want for $200? If you want to bid, bid, if you want to ask a question, ask. But why insult me?

Right, I saw somewhere else in this forum, another game site that made $15 a month, got less traffic than me, and someone bid $400 for it. So $200 is a bargain.

I just found out that the bidder that bidded $215 just hasn't responded, so I am assuming that he backed out. Lowering mininum bid to $100. BIN $500

 

Also note: This site is making $60 a month from revenuepilot, which is a lot of income for a site of it's traffic. Great bargain for $100

I always look for high traffic sites to buy, but this is just a misleading title and waste of time

 

Buddy, maybe you should read the f****** stats before saying I had 300 visits, the stats were taken a while back from august, and as I mentioned before, I JUST CHANGED SERVERS!! So maybe if you put on your reading glasses you'd understand all of this, unless your mind can't comprehend all of what I have said. If you are not posting to bid DON'T POST AT ALL! Looking at your join date and post number, I'd expect more of you than to post rubbish like that crap.

My "junk" I make $60 profit from this site. You have no right to post rubbish about me and my site. I have done nothing to you. And yes, I think 1,000 unique visitors quite a few. I don't appreciate you or your comments.

I want to start a webhost. I do not want to continue owning the gamesite.

 

Fryman's right, you only show a little over 300 unique visits for all of August which is a substantial drop from the previous month. Indicating a huge drop in traffic to the site rather than an increase in traffic. The site is currently getting about one unique visitor an hour.

The problem isn't with your site mate, it's with your misleading title. We get excited when we see stuff like 'high traffic gaming site for sale' and when we come in expecting thousands of uniques a day if not tens of thousands and we see a few hundred for the whole month, it's a waste of our time as well as yours. The title is definitely misleading.
