High Traffic Free Classified Sites

    I am newbie to internet marketing. Right now I am promoting my site by posting to free classified sites. Can anybody tell free classified sites with reasonable traffic and will promoting via yahoo groups works or not?

    The best way for promotion is to submit to article directories and write press releases.

    If you want to use press releases the story has to be newsworthy...you cant expect instant traffic straight away from a press release!
