    I am looking to sell www.familyguytorrents.com asap. (closing server at end of month)

    The site is around 5 years old though for much of it, it was forwarded to other domains and not looked after.

    I updated it for the last couple of months and it has recovered well. Each month it seems to gain 5000 uniques without any advertising.

    I don't have any money making methods on there so no revenue is being generated. If I was to keep it, I guess I would use cpaleads gateway or something similar (wordpress guardian found on blackhatworld). Then people would fill out offers to see the content. This might annoy some people, but oh well.

    The subscriber list is around 4300 people and grows around 7-10 a day.
    The site has an add on that allows you to email all of them.

    The biggest issue is obviously the content. The site has videos and downloads which you can switch over to rapidshare, megaupload or whatever and host the videos elsewhere.

    I also have the database from when the site was forum (ipb). I think the membership was around 30-35,000 people. It has been around 1 or two years since it was a forum so the database is a little old now though. I can throw that in though.

    I am really interested in this site, one question though. You claim to pay $400 a month for hosting correct? What kind of hosting do you use? Do you actually need that kind of hosting?
