Hi I have a site anfieldindex.com and it has a forum which is anfieldindex.com/forum. Getting over 300,000 page views per month and according to adsense, the lowest ad impression days are 10,000 advert impressions per day. But hardly any clicks. I have also installed Info links but in 2 days it has had 6 clicks and 6 cents in total! The area that the website is for is sports, yes Liverpool have millions of worldwide fans and the site is a new site, we are getting month on month growth of over 150% since opening in march. I recently read an ebook and changed the ads on the forum so they are just text ads and they match the site colours, I've not got around to doing the blog as I am currently re designing it due to the fact that the previous designer is no longer supporting it. Is there anything I am doing wrong or is the sports website niche not very good for making money from adverts? All I want is money to pay for server fees and the stats etc. Or are forums no good for putting adverts on? Years ago I had an old forum and I was getting a decent amount ore month, but this time, nothing. I am also using Tapatalk and forum runner, forum runner has google adverts on it. I also have another website which is a gaming website, but that is closed to redevelopment at the moment. I would be very grateful for an kind of advice! Cheers
Since posting this thread, my account has been disabled. I did not get an email from google, it is just disabled. Is there any way of tracking IP address clicks for adsense? Not sure why this has happened, maybe someone on here saw the site and decided to try and help by clicking, the account is now banned so I am pretty much screwed.
