High traffic arcade website for sale, 1,8M uniques/mo, $7,000/mo revenue

I am brokering the following website for a client. He accepts only escrow.com and he will split the fees with the buyer. He is looking to sell fast because he is in need of money, so we are accepting offers starting at circa mid $xx,xxx

An established Turkish Arcade site, most of the traffic comes from SE, the majority from Google. The current traffic is close to 2 million unique visitors/month, it is expected to rise even more during the summer when the schools close.

Server costs are $525. My client can just transfer over the server to the new owner of the site.

My client has been the owner of this website for the last 2 months so there are only 2 months rev stats. The revenue is around $6,000/mo.

The sources of the revenue are 2:
1. Google Adsense - average revenue $2,500/mo -Screenshot HERE
2. A private advertiser for the banners - rev around $3,500-4,000/mo:

• .05cpm for the 468x60 banner
• .07cpm for 120x600 banner
• .11 cpm for the 728x90 banner

At the begining the adsense revenue was averaging $100/day, then it dropped a bit and now it is averaging $60/day.

As for the private advertiser, you can use the one currently being used, or you can try to find one yourself, probably with higher CPM which would increase the revenue beyond the $7,000/mo.

There is another company that my client has just came across, adcentura.com , which accepts Turkish traffic, they pay 75% rev share and the minimum bid for advertisers is $0.20 cpm - so as you see, with a minimum $0.15 cpm the revenue may potentially double if you switch company.

The website needs very little work, practically no work at all, unless you are going to add new games to the server. This is a rare opportunity, with a ROI potentially between 6-12 months.

We want offers in the mid $xx,xxx range minimum - as stated in the description. The site is making $6-7k/mo and could be making $10k with a switch of advertising company - you cannot expect to buy it for 2-3 months of revenue. mid $xx,xxx is 7 months of revenue, which is already ridiculously low. My client wants to sell as soon as possible because he has to pay for downpayment for his house, this is why he is selling so low

 

note that the site ranks 11,627 in alexa! Alexa traffic stats HERE (#11,627 !!!)

 

Well good luck with it, but I dont see you getting anywhere close to the 40k mark for this website.

Usually people would rather go buy a website for 40k that makes 4K / month, is an english website with a US customer base, and has a more reliable stream of income then free games.

But then again what do I know?

I would be interested in this if buyer financing is an option.

Be reasonable for a moment here. The website is getting almost 2 MILLION unique visitors per month and it is constantly rising if you look at alexa trends and cross it with the stats provided. When you have millions of visitors, it does not matter if they are from europe, usa or asia, you WILL make money from them. Right now, the site is doing $7K/mo and it has the potential to go much higher.

$40K is a ridiculously low price, you would get return of investment in 6 months, and if the revenue rises more with a new advertiser, it will return in much less. Now tell me how many chances are there for an investor to pay such a big amount and have a ROI in less than half year and then make pure profit from it?

And regarding what you said, that you would rather buy a website for $40K that makes $4k/mo, good luck finding one 10 months of revenue. You know it's not easy. And here we are, selling a website for much less than 10 months revenue.

the Traffic is rising, it means the revenue will too, the website needs NO maintenance and the running expenses are too low.

$40K is the minimum we would go for, and we would go so low only because my client needs the money asap. We will ignore any offers lower than that.

Financing is not an option, my client needs the money asap.

My client accepts bank wire or escrow(buyer+seller split fees)

For escrow he recommends moniker.com(former domain systems) escrow which is in my experience the most safe escrow service in the industry, and alternatively, you can also use escrow.com although I would not recommend that.

 

I have received some inquiries regarding this website, two of them seem to be from serious buyers, I expect this website to be sold soon... if you are thinking about bidding on it then better do it now

 

A note from my client: He needs to sell this website within a few days to make a downpayment for his house. If the website is not sold within a few days, there will be no point to sell it and this rare opportunity that is being given to you NOW, will be lost.
