    Why are you selling this site?
    I got some other time consuming works, so i need to dedicate full time on that.

    How is it monetized?
    not monetized yet, but you can easily add your adsense/any other advertising network you have

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    yes, it has a couple of social media accounts, but i havent' started them.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    0 minutes, you should just add an article everyfew days, thats all

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    0

    I dont' have google analytics on it, however, i do have wordpress stats on it, and i can show all the traffic proofs you will need ( including traffic sources, google, etc etc)

    If organic, please post what keywords are bringing in the traffic - this helps prove that it's not paid traffic.
