High Search Volume Keywords are Ranked in Top 1 but Not Getting Organic Traffic

    Most of the high search volume keywords (2,740,000, 823,000 per month according to Google Keyword Planner) are ranked on Top 1 in Google but Real Time traffic shows in Google Analytics is 20-30.
    How can it be possible when most searched keywords are ranked in Top 1 and you get only 8k-9k organic traffic per month and CTR as per Search Console on those keywords are 30-32% per month.

    Is there is no correlation between ranking & traffic? Can anyone understand me how it is possible?

    Always keep in mind that even if your website is ranked number 1 in Google it will visit many people because rankings is not the basis but the website itself on how well they delivered the information to the users.

    Do you mean broad or exact search volume? In this era is better to work with longtail keywords.

    you need to also get ranked in some lsi keyword and on this way you get niche traffic of your main keyword.

    Have you checked if google showing personalized rankings for your keyword and ranking on other countries are not that high for your website?

    I have seen the same issue for years. Google analytic traffic and Google keyword suggestion are not correlated.

    It's not possible. It might be possible your manually search is being personalized so do it again. My low volume keywords are running on 2nd and 3rd pages even I'm getting 50+ organic click everyday.

    Can u please give me your NITCH word. If u have the nitch word then u can use ubersuggest and then use www.keywordshitter.com after getting top keyword then go to collect more keyword from google keyword planner.
    I think this process helps u a lot .
