    Hello. :D

    I have a mortgage site that I'd like to sell. As you know mortgage is a very high paying niche, and a site like this can really bring you the money with AdSense. :D

    To top it off, it's on a great domain as well.

    It's also got a mortgage advice section to maximize profits..

    Pages/content in the home directory of the site are all unique content.

    There's already a lot of people that want to exchange links with a fine site like this..
