Recently i searched nichebot and found a term that has a count of 28,000 , I worked hard and created a nice site surrounding the topic. I got it indexd in Google and MSN under 72 hours and was fast #7 under the term in MSN. So i thought well i should be getting some traffic from MSN now, but 0, 0.0, nothing, any clue why?

    Best regards,

    Eiso

Why would anyone need to go past #1?

Have you user DPs Keyword Suggestion tool to see how many searches a day there are on those terms?

Maybe very few people ever search on that particular term. And then there is the question of how your site is described in the little blurb given in the SERP. Maybe your description just isn't what people are looking for.

Finally MSN doesn't drive much traffic. I have some sites ranked #1 for certain keywords and I'm lucky if I see 10 visitors per day from MSN.

I ran the query on nichebot and DP and am seeing 3 searches a day on the term "college finance". Am I missing something? Does not seem to be a lot of searches...

BTW, also saw that you were #1 on MSN now. That is good... but there just does not seem to be a lot of traffic on this term.
