Yes, help and assistance is given in the form of Stumbles and backlinks that improve the ranking in the SERPs. Additionally backlinks that have been optimized for the keywords can be ordered for $3.5 per PR3+ link (permanent, one-way).

Beyond this, there is very little help that anyone can give. Squidoo is already liked by Google. The content is top-notch, the traffic is instant, the backlinks are great quality and keyword-specific. What else could we possibly do?
