    I'm selling my link exchange forum as I have other projects to attend to now and this is getting to busy for me to manage.

    http://www.linkswapforum.net has been running since April 2010 and has 186 genuine members, just over 850 posts, 400 topics.

    New users are appearing every day, in the last month its averaged around 10 members a week but this is growing steadlily now.

    Google ranking stats:

    Page one on Google US for:

    Link Swap Forum (position 1)
    Link Exchange Forum (position 5)
    Link swap (page 2)

    On Google UK the above search terms all show results on Page 1. Well check for yourself - you'll see its potential.

    Traffic:

    July 2010 - Aug 2010
    240 Visits
    181 Absolute Unique Visitors
    1,300 Pageviews
    5.42 Average Pageviews
    00:03:31 Time on Site
    46.67% Bounce Rate

    Aug 2010 to Sept 2010

    As you can see from this the traffic is growing month on month so is getting busier and therefore more difficult to manage along with my other sites.

    Revenue:

    The site makes around £4 to £5 a month on Google Adsense but the main income comes from banner ad space as it is a part of my ad network. Although not bad for a site, I know it can make more with some marketing and a bit of TLC.

    Yes - along with all the above the site has hosting up until the end of the year with my hosting company http://andthenhost.com (hosting will expire on 1st Jan 2011 unless you renew @ £1.49 per month).

    There is a built in Wordpress blog and also a PHPLinkDirectory which I will include as part of the sale (although there is not many sites on this, the phplinkdirectory script is worth $30 alone. I am prepared to sell minus the phplinkdirectory script for $30 less if a buyer is interested.
