    Does anyone know where I can get a list of high-ranking blogsites. I would like to visit these sites and learn more about their techniques. Possibly do a link exchange, etc.

    i usually use google to find places for backlinks. you can type in a search string like:
    'Leave a Reply' 'Name (required)' 'Mail (will not be published) (required)' 'Website'

    if you add: +your keyword

    to the end, you will find results pertaining to your keyword

    There are many places to go through for high PR blogs but Google is definitely one of the best ways to find good sites
