    Is there any website that has a list of all the high ranking blog hosts where you can open a blog for free?

    I guess this is a good way to get back links.

    What a lame link. Seriously. Also, if you are talking about a hosted blog platform, wordpress.com and blogspot.com both do quite well. Spammers love them.
