High Ranking (8000 alexa), high traffic but not high money, pls help (urgently)

    place more ad units you gave only three
    and try placing the square in between the content

    the rectangular ad really looks bad...i suggest changing it to a half banner or a banner aligning it to left with your content to make it more natural...

    blend the text and link color in ur ad...
