High Ranked Wedding Niche 10K Plus in Sales a month

Ok everyone I am selling my first creation. Ecommerce wedding niche. The site is highly ranked across the board in all of Google US, Can, UK, IE, AU and so on. Currently does 10K plus in sales a month. High markups. 3 legit dropship wholesalers. Very easy to run. Wholesalers ship to US and Canada and I ship to other countries myself, which is the only time I touch products. Many products not yet added. Site is currently doing 10K plus a month in sales. Which could easily triple if the right motivated person took over.

No advertising fees all traffic is free - mainly Google because I have many top ten rankings.

Site costs a mere $150 month to run. 800#, credit card processing and hosting.

Site has tons of potential because it has only been open since NOV 06 and I have not yet taken action on everything I should to increase full revenue.

The business takes around 1hour or 2 a day to run sometimes less.
Answering calls, emails, placing orders, updating website. Easy business to run.

Also everyone I have just recently since Aug started shipping world wide so I expect a nice 20-40% increase in sales since I am in top 3 typically in Google UK, AU, IE, ZA, CA for major keywords. Also I have not utilized the cross sell feature yet so if someone put the cross sell features to use increase sales 10-20%...

Also since all of my traffic is free if someone was to start a ppc advertising campaign sells would go through the roof..

Total sales so far this year are 68,363.22 as of today SEPT 13..Net profit is around 40-50% Total sales for the year are projected at 105K.

If I still run this site in a year the business will NET profit 100K a year.

Well its simple I need start up capital right now or ASAP for my next big projects..and with multiple projects that I have going on this one just doesn't fit in my portfolio anymore..

Hell even in the slow months of the internet JUN- AUG I still seen 5 figures a month so this is a steal...Nothing sneaky just want some quick cash to get things moving along..

Oh and I am an Expert SEO so I can easily do another one and another one and be confident that it would do just as well if not better...The world is an SEO's Oyster
