Buying High Quality Web Design

I have a requirement for around 20 web sites currently. Size and budget for the projects vary greatly. I am not interested in cheap cheap design. I pay very well and expect world class sites.

Designers must already have a portfolio of quality sites. Please PM me if you are are a quality, experienced designer with a list of your sample URLs and brief details of your skill set.

The successful applicant will be given a paid test project. I am looking for a long term relationship as I have a decent portfolio of domains that need developing.
