I have placed and recieved two 20 article orders with freelance firm, here are my thoughts/Review:

The article quality is top notch for the price you pay. They are well written and you can tell the writer spent some time researching the topic before they started writing. Also so far all articles have been completely unique and have all passed my own copyscape tests.

Prices are also fair for product recieved and freelance firm is very good about modifying their packages to meet a customers needs.

Communication is also above average with the exception of when they do not meet their deadline, and then you have to PM them to find out whats wrong.

As to the deadlines and deliverability, as stated above I have placed two orders so far and neither one was delivered by freelance firms guaranteed delivery date (delivery date was createdby them, not me). the first order of 20 article was 1 day late, and my latest order of 20 articles was 3 full days past the due date when delivered.

Both times, no PM or email was sent to notify me of the delay, I had to contact freelance to find out what was going on.

All in all I think freelances service provides a good quality product, but if you require articles quickly, by a certain date, have customer or personal deadlines to meet, I would not feel comfortable at this point using freelance to meet that deadline.

I will be placing another order with freelance as i do like the quality and i have been assured repeatedly by freelance that my orders will never be late again. For now though I will just not send them my time sensitive projects.
