    Hello,

    I've just done SEO for my blog and now as it is ranking really well on desired keywords with traffic of around 10k a day and around 18k page views per day, i'm deciding to sell it with hosting domain and complete setup.

    Content is 100% Genuine and well written plus my offer is i will be offering a content writer too for a year ( as he is in contract with me ).

    Site is earning around $20 dollar a day which is $600 a month. Visitors, Earnings are increasing every day. 1.2k is low :)

    It is hard to shell out 7.5k for a site that has high earnings/visits for only a few days/weeks.

    Traffic only started going up about a week ago. How do you know if the site is safe? :) However it is possible to sell a site for up to 12 months revenue but you will have to provide a lot more for that. Just because the site generated $20 a day in the last 7 days, nobody will pay 12 times month revenue for sure. If you had proof that site has been earning $20 for at least for 6 months there would be buyer at that price. In this stage that $1200 that you was offered before is very generous in my opinion. Good luck anyway

    based on which blog ? a seo blog ? if you meant your blog, there are many blogs with unique and genuine content, high quality backlinks and design, and yet still struggling.

    Based on my blog, I don't know other blogs but i have many successful projects online some of them are with 4th figure Alexa and Rodingo.com is 100% long term blog.

    I've read a few articles and they look like either your writer speaks a really bad English, or you used a text spinner (one of the fingerprints of the spinners is that they replace prices with words). For example I noticed several prices in your articles written like "$FIFTY" instead of "$50". You can hardly find ONE sentence that has no mistake.

    What are your comments on this?
