    Hey Folks, up for auction today is one of my Web/Tech sites.

    Currently a valid PR of 4 with several interior PR pages including:

    Google Webmaster Tools shows 118 links to the homepage and a handful of links to interior pages. Yahoo Site Explorer shows over 400.

    Custom Images included along with WordPress Theme, WordPress Database and all associated HTML files.

    BIN set at $375 but all reasonable offers considered.

    I do not have analytics installed currently, I haven't run AdSense on this site, and I have 2 links that must remain for 6 months upon transfer to new owner.

    Depends which way you want to monetize, sure you could slap some adsense on it (the wordpress theme has this integrated already, I'm just not using it), you could sell a few links ( pr4 links could go for $20-30/month or $125-170/year), you could provide custom seo reports. With a little more seo and promotion work the 'site analysis' and 'keyword density tools' could rank better and by the way, I own the exclusive rights to these PHP Scripts and they would go to the new buyer.

    There are plenty of ways to monetize, I just don't have the time right now.

    This website seems to have virtually no backlink to homepage and yet has PR4.
    It looks like that owner has linked to this website from one of his own website to get high for this website and the PR will drop after the sale in next PR update.

    The website has backlinks, use yahoo's site-explorer or backlinkwatch.com, the links are there. Yes it is linked from a few of my sites, I plan on keeping all those links for a minimum of 6 months, after then it's up to you to do your link-building and seo work. I'm not trying to rip anyone off, see my itrader, I've been here on DP for some time and only participate in quality deals. The Pagerank for this site isn't going anywhere, heck I'll even guarantee it through the next update.

    As for how to market it, that's up to you, the framework is there it just needs to be taken to the next level. I was developing this site out to market my own services, use it and fine-tune it to market YOUR services. I was planning on offering low cost domain reg and hosting using wordpress as the backend, but have become consumed by all my other stuff.
