I understand the pain, bitcoin adnetworks doesn't seem to have the option to target demographics. I assume you already know t here are exchange sites that can move your btc to your creditcard. From then you can register to a known adnetworks like adwords.

My points of concerns are :
will traffic be organic and based on keywords ?
will this traffic show up in analytics organic segment ?
will this traffic be human traffic ?
will bring in +ve effect to rankings ?
