I tried to include my site in Index Yahoo! Search on a paid basis: http://searchmarketing.yahoo.com/srchsb/ssb.php
But the site ZML.com was rejected and marked as "Ineligible":

I know that Yahoo! wants to give users the best search experience. I’m aware that there are requirements (http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/search/basics/basics-18.html) towards websites to be included in the Search Index and ZML.com meets these requirements completely.

Moreover, ZML.com is a part of Yahoo! Directory (http://dir.yahoo.com/Business_and_Economy/Shopping_and_Services/Video/Retailers/On_Demand/), which means it also meets the Directory requirements (http://info.yahoo.com/legal/us/yahoo/directorysubmit/directorysubmit-159.html)
The site ZML.com is a high-quality resource which does not break any laws (otherwise it should be discontinued to work by an order from corresponding state services).

Did somebody meet any similar problems? Can you advice the way how to solve this problem?
