    Rate is $10-$15 an hour depending on what you need.
    Turnaround is usually no more that 3 hours.

    PM with projects.

    Experience:
    • 6 Months PHP/MYSQL experience
    • 2 Years Photoshop Experience
    • 1 Year Web Design Experience
