Buying High-Quality Link Builder

    I run a small SEO company with a few clients already that I mostly handle the work by myself. I am currently trying to bring some more people on board to help me out with the link building process so I can expand my services to other companies as well. With that being said, this is what I am looking for:

    -Must be fluent in English and be preferably from the USA, though not required.
    -Must be ambitious and want to grow with company.
    -Have experience building high quality back links that are content based and not worthless blog comments, directory submissions, etc.

    This is what I can offer:
    -Good pay. I am willing to pay link builders good rates to provide good work. I have no problem paying above industry averages as long as the work you do provides good results.
    -Content. I have two great content writers whom can manage these tasks. Your job will be to find innovative, and successful ways to use this content to build quality links.
    -Growth. If you want to manage projects, you can start now and manage campaigns in a few months.

    What I don't want:
    -I do not want to buy your 100 backlinks for $10, 200 for $20, etc. This is a link building position, where you will be paid to WORK, not to submit to 100 low PR directories, link farms, etc.

Please provide your name, current location, sites you've worked on in the past, and give me some examples of scalable link building tactics you like to use, have used, etc. If things pan out and you show me what I want to see, you can be paid to start working tomorrow.

    I have found a linkbuilder that can work on a temporary basis...but I am still looking for someone who is interested in a more permanent position. Must I reiterate that you MUST be fluent in English. If you are interested, send me a PM.
