It is an autoblog on electronic cigarettes niche. The domain is 6 months old, but site is built and finished a month ago.

Currently there is a little adsense revenue, around $3 in two weeks. You should expect more as pages are getting indexed currently.

Social bookmarking and high PR directory submissions has been applied on the blog too.

Site started to rank well on Google.com, expect higher ranking in next few months period.

Blog contains one unique article.

Have you got list of targeted keywords for the site? are keywords included in the article on site?
30$ quite high for just 1 article site.

 

Sure, i have a list of targeted keywords, they are all in title tag.

I am not selling a blog which is completely new. Blog ranks 22nd position on google.com for 'electronic cigarette smoking' keyphrase after only one month and one unique article, which is a good result. Other keywords are listed on google too, currently on 7th page or lower.

Also, affiliate accounts have been opened and initial banner ads placed.

Have in mind that a package of top 60 social bookmark sites and 200 high PR directory submissions have been applied. Number of backlinks and SERP will increase significantly during next 2 months.

Most important, I have customized the original theme to show adsense ads on best positions, as natural as it gets. Visitors should not get the feeling that they are on auto blog.
