Q :How long will it take for me to recieve my minisite graphics?

A : MyMiniSiteGraphic was created with the intention of delivering high quality graphics in the quickest turnaround time possible. All mini site graphics are usually delivered within 12-24 hours. If we anticipate a longer wait time we will contact you as soon as possible.


Q: How I can get the products ?

A :I will deliver the design into my own hosting, and you can simply download the files. To reduce the sizes, I will compress the file into
.rar or .zip file.

Can I change the design if I am not satisfied ?


A :Yes you can. I will be sending you a draft image of what your graphics will look like.You can ask for changes as many times as you want until you're satisfied.Once I get the approval by email from you, then the design is final and changesare no longer allowed.


What Is Your Refund Policy ?


A.: There will be no refunds after you approve the draft copy of the graphics by emailAfter that I would have started work on your graphics. You can request for a refundany time before you approve of the draft.


Can I obtain the PSD (Photoshop) source files for my graphics?


A : The prices for graphics does not include PSD files However if you would like the .PSD files, you can purchase them at a cost of $20 (each ).

I have 2 questions then I'm in.

1- Why don't you validate the template at http://validator.w3.org

2- Why don't I get the PSD files when I pay for the template and it is custom coded for me? You just block any chances for future modifications unless I pay 20$ extra?

 

For number one I'm not sure what do you asking. and for number two, yes you must buy the psd file. it's like a source code. that my answer. if you have any question. I'll be happy to answer your question
