How many links you accept has nothing to do with the quality of your directory, it's the quality of the links and correctly categorising them to provide value to the directory browser which adds quality.

Yes that is what I said, it is a founding member, not an accepted member. Other countries were accepted by us and the rest of the Benelux. The EU started with the first BENELUX agreement between Netherlands Belgium and Luxemburg. Many other countries joined in as it became the wealthiest market in Europe within a few years time. Luxemburg still today is probably the richest country (per capita) worldwide.
